Job Description:
A company is looking for a Hub Employee Experience Coordinator
to promote a positive workplace environment through employee
engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sourcing, hiring, and tracking for Hub leaders
Implement measures to enhance employee morale and satisfaction
while reducing turnover
Conduct exit interviews and manage employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
2 to 5 years of general HR experience
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Experience with Workday preferred
Must have work authorization to work in the United States
