and lead all day-to-day rental operationsBuild and manage a
high-performing team from scratchOversee fleet acquisition,
maintenance, and utilizationCreate systems for reservations,
billing, and customer experienceForge partnerships with service
centers, dealerships, and insurance companiesDrive marketing
strategy to grow customer baseMonitor KPIs, manage budgets, and
report directly to ownershipWhat We're Looking For:2+ years in the
rental car, automotive, or fleet management spaceStrong leadership
and operations backgroundTech-savvy, with experience implementing
rental or CRM platformsExcellent communication, organization, and
customer service instinctsBonus Points For:Prior experience
launching or managing a rental locationExisting relationships in
the local automotive/insurance industriesPassion for customer
